Pricing
Space Commander™ garage storage unit pricing is a fixed, all inclusive cost that covers delivery, on site installation and GST. Your location and the model you choose will determine the quoted price. The Over the Bonnet models start from under $2000.
Sydney wide installations are priced the same, regardless of suburb or location. Outer lying or regional areas will be slightly higher due to the extra transport costs incurred.
Due to the nature of the product (lots of heavy steel components!) and the complicated assembly process we are not able to offer a “self install” price.
When compared to the cost of expensive, off site self storage, Space Commander™ storage units are a very practical and cost effective acquisition. They will last forever, and according to our analysis will pay for themselves in 12 to 15 months if you are currently paying self storage costs!

If you are happy to measure your car space using the Product Dimensions chart you can certainly order directly from us.
Given the range of sizes and styles that we offer however it is more practical for us to meet you on site at your home or apartment so that we can jointly determine which is the best model to meet your requirements and budget. It is also important for us to sight your car space in advance so that we are aware of any obstacles or impediments that may impact the on site assembly process.

Installations
Our storage units are assembled on site in the agreed position. They are not delivered in a “made up form” or pre-fabricated as their sheer size, bulk and weight would often not allow us to get them past your garage door or car park entrance.
We keep stock of all sizes and styles and so the leadtime from order placement to delivery and installation is very quick.
